Privacy
This is a static website: no accounts, no on-site forms, no on-site payments. This page states plainly what the site collects — and what it does not.
What this site does not collect
- No accounts: this site does not require or offer registration or sign-in.
- No cookies: this site sets no first-party or third-party cookies (per the site's own code, checked 2026-10-18).
- No third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking scripts.
- No on-site forms and no on-site payments; we collect no names, contact details, or payment information on the site itself.
When you write to us
Email is the only contact channel on this site. When you write to contact@vertciti.com, we read your letter and use it to reply and to follow up on the matter you raised.
Under the published rules in Before you write: what you write may be quoted in the Build Log by default; if it must stay private, start your letter with "private" and we will honour that.
We do not sell your letters, or provide them to third parties for marketing.
Hosting and access logs
This site is served through a website hosting and content-delivery platform. When your browser visits, the platform may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser identifier, and time of access) for security and operations.
The logs described above are generated and retained by our hosting platform (Vercel) for its own security and operational needs, for the retention periods stated in the platform's published rules (as updated from time to time). On our side: access logs are used only for security protection, troubleshooting, and service maintenance. They are not used for marketing profiling, are not sold, and are not shared with third parties for marketing. Log excerpts retrieved for a security investigation are kept only for as long as that investigation requires and are deleted when it closes. Any material change to the handling described in this section will be reflected here before it takes effect.
Performance measurement: this site uses the hosting platform’s performance measurement feature (Vercel Speed Insights), which records, through a first-party script, the values of page-load and interaction performance metrics (such as Largest Contentful Paint, interaction latency, and cumulative layout shift) together with the page path. Performance measurement sets no cookies and records no personally identifying information such as names or contact details. Measurement data is used only for troubleshooting and service maintenance; it is not used for marketing profiling, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site currently uses no cookies at all, so there is nothing to accept or reject. If cookies are ever introduced, we will update this section first and provide a preference entry in the footer legal bar before enabling them.
If cookies are introduced in the future, consent will operate as follows: (1) Strictly necessary cookies (for example, those required for security checks) may be used after disclosure — their name, purpose, and retention period will first be listed in this section; (2) Non-essential cookies (such as statistics or preference cookies) will be enabled only after you make an affirmative choice through the standing preferences entry in the footer legal bar; if you make no choice, or decline, they remain off; (3) You may withdraw or change your choice at any time through the same entry; after withdrawal, the corresponding cookies stop being used and are cleared in accordance with their retention periods; (4) The order is fixed: this section is updated with the cookie list first, the preferences entry opens second, and cookies are enabled last — never the reverse.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask about, correct, or delete your personal information in our hands at any time by writing to us; we will act on it and reply.
Whatever your jurisdiction, you may exercise your personal-information rights by writing to contact@vertciti.com and stating the type of request. To the extent provided by applicable law, these rights include access, rectification, and erasure, as well as restriction of processing, objection, and data portability where applicable. We will handle your request and reply within 30 days of receipt; for complex requests, or where requests are numerous, we may extend this period once and will inform you in advance. Before acting, we may verify your identity in a manner proportionate to the request, to prevent requests made in your name by someone else. Reasonable requests are free of charge; where a request cannot be met under applicable law, we will explain why in our reply. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live. We do not sell personal information.

Contact form, subscriptions and admin (updated 2026-10-20)
This site now offers an online contact form and build-log subscriptions. When you choose to submit, we receive and store the name, email, reason and message you enter (contact), or your email and language preference (subscription). We use them only to reply to you and to send the updates you asked for; never sold, never used for marketing profiles.
Storage is with our host Vercel and its data service (Upstash). We keep at most the latest 2,000 messages; subscriptions are deleted when you unsubscribe, and every update email carries an unsubscribe link. To prevent abuse we keep only an irreversible hash of your IP address for rate limiting.
The site still sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie is a strictly necessary sign-in credential used by site operators in the admin console (expires after 8 hours); visitors never receive it. Performance measurement (Vercel Speed Insights) runs only after you opt in under “Cookie preferences”. Fonts are served from this site; browsing it does not contact any third-party font service.
To access, correct or delete your messages or subscription, write to contact@vertciti.com; the rights process above applies.
