business

What We Build

Everything the company is building, published on one page: three product lines, one standards-and-research line, the operating system that runs it all, and one industry-software line in development. What each line is, who it is for, and where it stands — item by item below, with live status in the board on this page. The industry-software line in development is FAMA.

DealDesk underwriting desk

A verifiable workbench for real-estate deal sourcing, decisioning, and reconciliation — designed, built, and run by the founder as a working N=1 showcase. Residential, commercial and institutional underwriting with a source and reviewer for every key number; a verify-first queue ranked by how far each item can swing returns; a devil's-advocate memo written by fixed rules rather than AI; a max-bid solver; and an audit trail from committee to post-purchase review.

Who it is forFor investors, family offices and small investment teams who underwrite their own deals and answer to a committee.

Translator (vertciti code translator)

A code-translation product: translate code between 45 programming languages, turn a natural-language description into code, or turn code into a plain-language explanation. Every result ships with a confidence report you can check — the translation is actually executed on both sides in a sandbox and compared dimension by dimension, not scored by the model itself.

Who it is forFor developers and teams who move code across languages and have to stand behind the result; the API is also open to AI agents, metered per call.

EchoWatch listening

Open-source listening: it watches what public conversation says about a brand and gives each brand a calm, watch, elevated or alert verdict with the exact rule that fired; every verdict comes with a verifiable SHA-256 receipt. Alerts go to Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom, Slack or email, and a built-in 7-tool MCP server lets AI agents query and act directly.

Who it is forFor brand, PR and operations teams who need to know what is being said about them first, and want the data to stay on their own servers; and for AI agents that need listening data.

Standards Participation & Research Publishing

Entering international standards bodies as a company (3GPP / ISO tracks in progress), and publishing the operating evidence of a one-person company as signed, public research.

Who it is forFor the standards community, research readers, and peers working on AI governance.

Miao N=1 Operating System

A public showroom of one person running a whole company with an AI fleet — fully logged, open to verification.

Who it is forFor founders and operators who want to run the N=1 model themselves.

Miao AI

Miao AI — the founder's personal AI infrastructure (N=1), in operation. The capability modules on this site's skills pages run on this system.

FAMA

An operations system for real-estate disposition work

In development — built for our own real-estate operations; not yet offered externally, and not a product or service offering.

Project Status Board

One card per project: what it is, its current stage, the latest milestone, and the next step. Every card carries a data-as-of date; past 14 days without re-verification it is flagged automatically, and past 30 days it moves into the historical entries below. Stale status never poses as fresh.

Where the Evidence Lives

None of this is self-asserted: the build log records progress daily, the data room publishes the underlying records, and the research page archives what we publish — every card on this page traces back to a source.
