ENGLISH
-------

1. PUBLIC-COMPANY-GRADE QA RIGOR
Everything carrying the vertciti name ships only after QA
at the rigor a public company would apply. (vertciti is not
a listed company and makes no claim of being one; the bar
   describes process rigor, not status.)

2. THE WEBSITE IS THE PROOF
The website itself must demonstrate the company's caliber —
it is evidence of capability, not a brochure about it.

3. 390PX MOBILE CHECK IS MANDATORY
Every release is walked through at 390px mobile width:
contrast, readability, layout, and controls, item by item.
   Desktop-only review is not review.

4. LINK-LEVEL VERIFICATION
Every call-to-action is clicked through: where it lands and
what actually gets copied matter — not just the copy and the
styling. A polished dead end is still a dead end.

5. HONESTY GATES
No unverified claim ships. When authenticity, sourcing, or
wording is uncertain, the content stays off the site rather
   than shipping in degraded form.

6. MOTION BANS
Count-up number animations are banned — evidence must not
perform. Content labeled verified-real (green) bans all
   animation.

7. RELEASE GATES
QA pass plus compliance review before any public release. A
failed gate blocks the release; no exceptions.

中文
----
