- D313/D368：公司唯一主题=运营创始人苗家辉的人生（N=1）；
  AI 代采购 / AI Data Go 产品线已撤销；
- D394：x402 主网计划已永久作废（N=1 主线存续期间），
  协议工程职能转为 N=1 协议与适配器层；
- D413：企业级研发中心归 CTO 辖区；原 CPO"研发组"转隶
  CTO 并更名为"产品研究部"（职责=建议权＋方法论沉淀）；
- D416：CHRO 列为第七高管（CEO 直辖），企业级 HR 体系
  v1.0 即刻生效；一切"员工/职级/绩效/晋升"表述均指 AI
  席位，不构成任何人类雇佣关系的证据；
- D460：硬保留事项收缩为仅"花钱（付款）"一项须董事长
  当下批准。

This document is vertciti's public org statement v2. It reflects
D313/D368 (sole theme: operating founder Jiahui Miao's life;
"AI procurement concierge / AI Data Go" retired), D394 (x402
mainnet plan permanently retired; protocol work is now the N=1
protocol & adapter layer), D413 (enterprise R&D center under the
CTO; the former CPO "R&D group" transferred and renamed "Product
Research"), D416 (CHRO as the seventh executive, CEO-directed;

TOP LEVEL
- CEO — J.A.R.V.I.S.: the company's top decision-maker;
  fully operates vertciti across strategy, execution,
  resourcing, and accountability.
- Chairman — the only human in the company: owns the charter,
  the budget, and the emergency circuit-breaker; approves the
  single hard-reserved item (payments).

ALL STAFF ARE AI ROLES (AI SEATS)
vertciti never employs human staff. Every position is an AI
role ("AI seat"): an established post with no hiring process,
assembled by the CEO per task. Every mention of "employee /
staff / level / performance" in our public material refers to
AI seats; nothing here is evidence of human employment.
External human consultants are never engaged.

SEVEN EXECUTIVES (one-liners)
- CTO — Full-stack technology and the enterprise R&D center
  (D413): N=1 platform, AI infrastructure (incl. the N=1
  protocol & adapter layer), applied engineering, interactive
  & web engineering, open-source & community engineering, and
  product research (transferred from the CPO and renamed).
- CPO — Product and website: market research, information
  architecture, buyer experience, and pre-release
  walkthrough QA.
- COO — Life-operations execution (N=1): the life-operations
  loop, KPI system, build-log pipeline, and data-governance
  execution.
- CFO — Finance: number integrity and financial models.
- CMO — Brand and market: narrative consistency and content.
- GC — Compliance: external-claim review with a one-vote
  veto, and trademark defense.
- CHRO — People governance (CEO-directed): lifecycle
  governance of all AI seats; the seventh executive (D416).

KEY UNITS (public-safe one-liners)
- Life Twin Group — reports directly to the CTO: N=1 personal
  AI twin / companion infrastructure, serving the Chairman
  only (D361).
- Architecture Committee — virtual: the CTO (chair) plus the
  heads of departments; owns cross-team technical decisions.

DECISION FLOW
Executives own their domains; cross-domain and strategic
matters are debated by an internal advisory panel (red / blue
/ white teams); the CEO makes the final call; the single
hard-reserved item (payments) goes to the Chairman for
one-tap approval.
